This webinar will walk you through our simple and directed way to build a budget - month by month - to help you achieve success financially - in both net profit AND cash flow. We have 100's of companies that use this method every single month to predict PROFIT and CASH FLOW!
We will start with INCOME, then move to COGS, then OVERHEAD, and even address DEBT and DISTRIBUTIONS. Don't know what these are? No problem, we will teach you... Knowing how these concepts interrelate and where to build upon these principles, and define them every month, will give you and your team goals and benchmarks for the ultimate and predictable levels of success.
You will NEED to come to the webinar with CLEAN and RECONCILED financials from January 1st, 2020 through December 31st, 2020. It is not recommended to join the webinar unless you are completely prepared. Each registration not only includes the live education, but also access to a members-only PRIVATE Facebook group to ask questions, get encouragement, and have access to Jason and his team after the event. The group will be set up the day before the webinar, or when registration closes. After the webinar (or during for those that are FULLY prepared and ready to GO GO GO), you'll take your specific company and numbers and plug them into the budgeting spreadsheet.
As an added level of accountability, you can add on to this webinar to have a private review by one of our trained team members in Jason's methodology of your financials monthly - which will include recommendations and 'watch-outs' for places that don't hit budget, or could be a crash course for your company in the future. These reviews will be done after your month is closed, and set up via Zoom to share key metrics and recommendations. If any of these reviews need additional insight or analysis, Jason will review them and guide you to resolve the concern.
