Welcome!

You probably already know that my name is Jason, right?

After 24 years as a CEO of a green industry company, I’m focusing all my efforts into into being a Growth Consultant - I’m Kolbe Certified (if you don’t know what Kolbe is, you really should ask me, it will CHANGE your business and life) and have already worked with hundreds of companies and employees across the US and beyond.

I also travel the United States as a Professional Speaker – on topics ranging from team building to sales to marketing to crisis management – all in and out of the Green Industry.  The Green Industry is where it started, business in general is where its going.

That brings me to an often-asked question:  ”What type of companies do you consult for?” The honest answer:  all kinds.  Insurance Companies.  Financial Gurus.  Information Marketers.  Service Industries.  Real Estate Experts.  Non-Profits.  If it’s a business, has at least one employee, provides a service or a product, it’s in my wheelhouse.  Trust me.

I’m so honored and humbled to have the most incredible experience ever running an international non-profit in 2008 and 2009, and now serve that non-profit as a lifelong past-president. PLANET, the Professional Landcare Network is the largest trade association for the green industry

My previous businesses were just the first steps of what I’m now doing.  Life is grand.  I love every bit of it – from the good to the bad to the ugly.  Why?  Because I learn from all of it.  And share.

Personally…  I live in Kansas City, MO; I am the son of Charles (in the automotive industry) and Marsha (currently retired); brother of Joseph; cousin to Melissa (who is married to Chris) Ryan and Andrea; nephew of Dawn, Kathy, Dan, Dee-Dee and my late uncle Marty, who i miss…  I truly love my family… and friends.

I also love baseball, especially the Chicago Cubs; I also am a fan of our hometown Royals.  I bleed Crimson and Blue, lover of the Kansas Jayhawks, and I can’t live without my Apple computer products.  :)

There is more, I’m sure, but read on. By the way, coffee is good.

Follow me on Facebook or Twitter or LinkedIn…  It’s fun, and sometimes I make people laugh or cry.

Just thought it was cool that I wasn’t the only Jason Cupp in the world. Or was I a little disappointed? Oh, well. By the way, Go Reds!
