An Office Manager must be motivated self-starter, organized and have good communication and people skills, along with precision in details, follow-up, creation of office-based systems and accountability. Background in Bookkeeping and Accounting is a plus. Hitting deadlines and follow up is key.
This is a full-time position. Success in this position requires a long-term commitment.
Requirements: Must have a working knowledge of Quickbooks. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and E-mail Proficiency, including Microsoft Exchange; Active Knowledge of Accounting Principles, Databases and Normal Office Procedures Required.

Position 2: Office / Operations Assistant

An Office / Operations Assistant must have excellent communication and people skills. Systems-based, process-oriented thinking is paramount for success.
This is a full-time, salaried position. Success in this position requires a long-term commitment. This is an Internal Operations position.
Characteristics: Must be detail oriented, possess the ability to deal with lots of different people via telephone and email, provide successful customer service and exceed client expectations. Speed and precision of execution of these client expectations is key.
Responsibilities: Process and Organize Incoming Orders, Provide Customer Service, Print Labels and Work with Our Shipping Conduits (including Drop Ships), Organize Warehouse for Maximum Efficiency, Answer Telephones and Emails, Process Purchase Orders. Additional Office Responsibilities might include some marketing and website/product placement.
Requirements: Great Telephone and Email Communication Skills, Computer Proficiency (Website and Photo Resizing Skills a PLUS), Customer Service, Working in fast paced small office.
