Last week when I was at PLANET‘s Green Industry Great Escape, I was able to attend the Lawn and Landscape 2012 Leadership Awards dinner hosted by L/L Editor Chuck Bowen. In his presentation, he used the following quote which I found inspiring, compelling as well as something that I would certainly say is amplified in my own life. What do you think? Special thanks to Austin Kleon for the link and to who he received it from (and who they received it from, and so and and so forth…) ENJOY!
A master in the art of living draws no sharp distinction between his work and his play; his labor and his leisure; his mind and his body; his education and his recreation. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence through whatever he is doing, and leaves others to determine whether he is working or playing. To himself, he always appears to be doing both.
