Motivational Monday: The Customers Isn’t Always Right #motivationalmonday

The customers isn’t always right:  There’s a ton of rhetoric today about getting to know your customers, the value of surveys, and the use of focus groups – all of which, I might add, have value.  Still, I believe the most business owners are also those who are the most proactive in bringing new ideas to customers.

As Henry Ford once said, “If I asked my customers what they wanted, they would have said, ‘a faster horse.’”
