LUBBOCK, Texas (May 31st, 2011) – The Lubbock Real Estate Investment (REI) Club will host the Lubbock Real Estate & Wealth Event June 10th – 11th at the Scottish Rite Learning Center of Lubbock, 1101 70th Street. The REI Club and Visit Lubbock look forward to hosting realtors, brokers, investors, as well as the general public to this National event.
The Lubbock Real Estate & Wealth Event will have relevant information for “anyone who wants to keep more of the money they make…and anyone who has an interest in growing their wealth,” says Mike Kleinstub, from the Lubbock Real Estate Investment Club. This is open to and should be beneficial to everyone from beginners to seasoned professionals. Asset protection, foreclosure, wealth strategies, different types of real estate deals, short sale transactions, finding quality lenders, and general business building techniques are all included in the materials that will be presented to attendees. Mr. Kleinstub adds that all these aspects “realtors and investors can learn today and use tomorrow.”
Attorney Jeff Watson, known as America’s Top Shortsale Lawyer heads a group of speakers that the Club hopes will change the way investors, bankers, and realtors do business. The event will be “the largest real estate event that Lubbock has ever seen,” says Jason Cupp a business owner and CEO turned Growth Consultant who will emcee the event as well as present information of his own guiding attendees on “Hiring the Right Person.” Other topics to be covered by speakers of the event include, learning how to negotiate deals, IT and technology- how it can streamline your business, how to get your deals funded, and business elements and strategies important for any small business. “These speakers are the foremost experts in all facets of real estate,” adds Cupp.
The event is open to the public with the paid admission fee of $59 for both days, which also includes breakfast and lunch. The first program of the convention commences June 10th, at 7:30 AM and closes with a summary of the day, beginning at 4:45 PM. June 11th the first program begins at 8:15 AM and the final closing summary begins at 4:45 PM.
